SYNTAX IT Group is seeking an experienced Angular Developer to join our team. You will build high-quality Angular-based web applications for web and mobile interfaces across multiple touchpoints in Greece and Cyprus, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.

The role emphasizes clean code, responsive design, and rigorous testing within an Agile/Scrum environment. You will participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver scalable

SYNTAX IT Group is seeking an experienced Angular Developer to join our team. The role involves developing high-quality Angular-based web applications, including web, mobile, and conversational user interfaces across nine touchpoints in Greece and Cyprus, as part of a project delivered through one of our key partnerships. Quality is a crucial pillar of our software development process, and teamwork is equally essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-end Development

• Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality code that is maintainable and scalable.

UI/UX Design Integration

• Implement and optimize user interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate wireframes and designs into functional web applications.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Conduct unit and integration testing to verify the functionality and reliability of web applications.
• Work with QA teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.

Scrum

• Participate in Scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes and practices.

Collaborative Development

• Engage in code reviews and pair programming sessions to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

• Monitor application performance and implement optimizations as needed.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development to ensure applications remain modern and efficient.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Angular/Typescript: Solid knowledge with 4+ years of experience.
• HTML5/CSS3: Strong expertise in developing responsive and dynamic web applications.
• Unit/Integration Testing: Basic knowledge, no preference on tools.
• Scrum: Basic understanding of the Scrum framework.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Nice to Have:

• Coding Principles/Best Practices: Basic knowledge of SOLID, KISS, and DRY principles.
• Code Reviews/Pair Programming: Familiarity with collaborative development practices.
• Bootstrap: Basic knowledge for responsive design.
• CMS: Experience with any content management system.
• JavaScript: Basic knowledge to complement Angular development.
