Job description

Our next Angular Developer will spend less time in meetings and more time in GitHub Actions, which is how Two Sigma prefers to operate. Weigh it however you like — the math still lands at $106,000 - $147,000, internship hours, and a team at Two Sigma worth joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry the Goal Setting platform work that makes Two Sigma's next MN expansion boring
• Champion engineering excellence and continuous learning within Two Sigma
• Sit with technology users in St. Cloud to learn what the Analytical Thinking tool really needs
• Mentor the senior cohort through their first real Analytical Thinking on-call at Two Sigma
• Hunt down the latency spikes nobody at Two Sigma can explain
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure across MN engineering teams
• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable Relationship Building acceptance criteria

What You'll Bring

• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a senior capacity
• 6+ years navigating the politics that technology work attracts
• A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat

Two Sigma is a performance-driven, fiercely independent St. Cloud company that would rather earn trust slowly than buy attention quickly. We build psychological safety the boring way: by actually following through on what we say.

Step into $106,000 - $147,000, real mentorship, a benefits package that delivers, and the kind of flexible internship rhythm people rarely leave.

This minute, the Angular Developer chair sits empty and the search is on.
