Job summary

MaineHealth's Mid Coast Hospital is seeking an Angiography Technologist II for the Cardiac Cath Lab on a Per Diem basis. The role supports routine diagnostic and complex invasive neuro and peripheral interventions under established protocols.

The ideal candidate holds a two-year ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program, Maine licensure with ARRT certification, and BLS certification within 30 days; ACLS and CV.CT are preferred. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of a two year program of an ARRT approved School of Radiologic Technology required.
• License/Certifications: Maine radiologic technologist license, ARRT radiography certification; BLS required within 30 days; ACLS preferred; CV.CT registered preferred; valid driver's license.
• Experience: Two years of acute care imaging experience preferred; demonstrates competency in Angiography Technologist I role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine diagnostic and highly complex invasive neuro and peripheral interventions following established protocols.
• Work under physicians' guidance to support procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain equipment readiness and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
