CARIN Alliance in Oregon seeks an Angiography Technologist to support high-quality cardiovascular care in the Catheterization Laboratory. You will perform fluoroscopy and cine procedures per physician orders, ensuring patient safety and imaging quality.

The role may include scrub assistance, monitoring, or precepting less experienced technologists, plus involvement in education or quality improvement initiatives. ARRT licensure and BLS are required; ACLS is preferred for higher levels.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a certified Radiologic Technology program.
  • 1–2 years of angiography or cardiac catheterization experience.
  • Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist with current ARRT registration.
  • Current BLS; ACLS and advanced certifications preferred for higher levels.

The Angiography Technologist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality cardiovascular care in the Catheterization Laboratory. They may also serve as scrub assistants, monitors, or preceptors for less experienced technologists, and participate in educational or quality improvement activities.

Requirements include graduation from a certified Radiologic Technology program, with a minimum of one to two years of experience in Angiography or Cardiac Catheterization depending on the level. Proficiency in operating Cath Lab equipment and knowledge of inventory are essential. Licensure as a Radiological Technologist, current ARRT registration, and BLS certification are mandatory, with ACLS and advanced certifications preferred for higher levels.
