Job Description

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a division of Sentara Health, is seeking a BC/BE part time Anesthesiologist to join the team in Harrisonburg, Virginia at Sentara RMH Medical Center. Sentara RMH is a 238-bed, non‑profit community hospital delivering advanced medical care to a seven‑county service area with a population close to 225,000.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $388,024.00 - $623,916.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
