Vituity seeks Anesthesiology physicians in Colorado Springs, CO to join a physician-owned partnership. Board eligible or certified candidates are encouraged to apply; current CO license is a plus, and new grads are welcome. From day one, a partnership track includes profit distributions and time-off flexibility.

The role supports diverse cases in a hospital setting with autonomy and local control, backed by a national clinical team and resources to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Current Colorado state medical license is a plus.
• Partnership track from day one with unlimited time off.

Responsabilités

• Provide anesthesia care as a board-certified/eligible physician.
• Collaborate with the vascular/CV surgery team on high-volume cases.
• Medically direct CRNAs/CAAs approximately 50% of the time.
• Engage in a physician-owned partnership with profit distributions.
