Carle Health in Urbana, Illinois seeks an BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join our expanding anesthesia team at Carle Foundation Hospital. The role supports a Level I Trauma center with open heart capabilities and a large OR volume. Call ~1:8, collaborative team of 11 general anesthesiologists, 2 pediatric anesthesiologists and 60+ CRNAs.

Carle Health is seeking an additionalBE/BC Anesthesiologistto join our expanding Anesthesia team at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• 11 weeks of vacation
• Join a collegial team of over 11 General Anesthesiologists, 2 Pediatric Anesthesiologists and 60+ CRNAs
• Call schedule of ~1:8
• Carle Foundation Hospital is a Level I Trauma hospital with Open Heart (basic TEE skills with proctoring available), Trauma, and Neurosurgical cases and has 22 ORs running on blocks averaging 75 cases per day
• Provide service across Carle enterprise which includes Carle Foundation Hospital, Digestive Health Institute, Interventional Labs, OB, Radiology, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and our new 23,000 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $700,000 - $800,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
