Facility has 8 operating rooms and will provide malpractice insurance and travel arrangements for contractor providers. Board certification or eligibility is required for this opportunity.

• Call and requirements: No call, Monday through Friday; 7am-3:30pm
• Supervision vs independent: 90% supervision/10% independent
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
• Certifications required: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
• Number of operating rooms: 8
• License required or accepting IMLC: Any unrestricted state license
