Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support in New York. The physician-led team requires Board Certified/Eligible clinicians with ACLS and BLS, and an unrestricted license or IMLC eligibility. 7 operating rooms will be staffed, with Monday–Friday day coverage and required call.

Start date ASAP; pay range reflects day shifts and DEA-compliant scheduling. AMN’s benefits include malpractice insurance arrangement and travel/lodging support for contractors.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Unrestricted state license or IMLC eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care as part of a physician‑led team.
• Support a 7‑operating-room facility with fast, safe patient care.
• On‑site schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm with required call.
