Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a hospital-employed group overseeing a team of 4 CRNAs. You will medically direct anesthesia services across general surgery, thoracic, vascular, OB/maternity, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and urology.

You will provide anesthesia care, manage call schedules, and collaborate with staff in a supportive, team-oriented environment with comprehensive compensation and benefits.
