This is a premier opportunity for a seasoned physician executive to guide clinical excellence, operational performance, and strategic direction across a diverse portfolio of hospitals within the nation’s largest healthcare system. In this seniorlevel role, you will provide highimpact leadership across the division, partnering with an exceptional group of facility Medical Directors and multidisciplinary teams. The position blends approximately 60% clinical practice with 40% administrative leadership, offering the ideal balance for a physician who excels in both patient care and systemlevel decisionmaking. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES

• Will have extensive Anesthesia Medical Director experience, preferably in practices with multiple locations.
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Healthcare Leadership, preferably in Hospital Based physician services and/or healthcare consulting.
• Must also have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and a working knowledge of healthcare systems management and financial oversight for clinical operations.
• Will have excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Will have the ability to travel locally up to 50% when needed.
