HCA Florida Largo Hospital in Largo, FL is seeking board-eligible/board-certified anesthesiologists to join a dynamic program with 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs across 12 ORs, plus EP Lab, Cath Lab and Endo. The case mix includes transplant, heavy ortho, neuro, vascular, and robotics, with no pediatrics, OB, or trauma.

The typical work week is 45–50 hours (7a–5p), with beeper call from home and one weekend per month; in-house night coverage is provided by a separate team.

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology.
• No pediatrics, obstetrics or trauma cases in regular assignments.
• Must be able to sit and manage own cases.

HCA Florida Largo Hospital plays a key role in training residents from the ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital, offering meaningful academic engagement for those who enjoy teaching. Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates

• Staffing model of 11 Anesthesiologists (3 general, 4 cardiac, 4 transplant) and 24 CRNAs covering 12 ORs plus EP Lab, Cath Lab and Endo.
• Average surgical volume of 9000 annually.
• Diverse mix of cases including Transplant (separate team), heavy Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics
• No Peds. No OB. No Trauma.
• Average work week is 45-50 hours, 7a-5p.
• Beeper call from home, 1 weekend/month 7a-6p. In-house nighthawk coverage by separate team.
• Must be able to sit own cases
• Additional compensation is available for extra weekend shifts
