Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for coverage in Kearney, Nebraska. The role requires daily/weekly coverage from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no night or weekend call. EPIC is the EMR used for charting.

Board Certified in Anesthesiology and an active Nebraska license or IMLC (or license in process) are required prior to start date. We offer competitive on-call pay and the opportunity to work with AMN Healthcare’s dedicated locum tenens support team handling

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
• Active Nebraska license or IMLC required, or provider is in process and must obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily/weekly anesthesia coverage Monday–Friday; 7:00–15:00 or 7:00–17:00.
• No night or weekend call required.

Facility Location

Kearney is home to the University of Nebraska which was founded in 1905. The city’s Moto is: “The Heart of Nebraska”. There are two microbreweries there as well as the Museum of Nebraska art which houses artifacts from 175 years ago, as far back as the 19th century. The Viaero Event Center which seats 5,500 and hosts performances, events and concerts, is also located in Kearney.
