Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Buffalo, NY. The provider will work 5x12s (7am-7pm) Monday through Friday, with Epic EMR in use and oversight of CRNAs as dictated by daily case load.

The role requires NY license, board certification in Anesthesiology, and active ACLS/BLS certifications. Competitive pay is offered for this assignment in a hospital setting with 19 ORs, though the provider will work in the Cath Lab.

This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Call & Requirements: Monday - Friday, 5x12s (7a-7p)


• Supervision vs Independent: Care team--The MD would be medically directing CRNAs or personally performing depending on how many rooms will be run each day


• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic


• Certifications required: Board Certification, ACLS, BLS, New York CSR/DEA


• Number of Operating Rooms: 19 ORs but this person will only be working in the CATH Lab


• License Required or accepting IMLC: New York License required
