Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. is seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist for an Anesthesia Medical Director role in scenic Oregon. The position leads a tight-knit team in a hospital-employed setting, with autonomy and collaboration in care delivery.

Candidates should have ABA Certification/Eligibility and strong clinical, communication, and team skills. The role supports a flexible shift-based schedule at a Level 2 trauma hospital in a family-friendly community.

Qualifications

• ABA Board Certification/Eligibility required.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills; strong team orientation.
• Experience leading anesthesia teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a collegial group of experienced Anesthesiologists in a hospital-employed practice model.
• Strong team dynamic between anesthesia providers, surgeons, OR staff and admin.
• Oversee diverse surgeries: general, ortho, neuro, bariatric, GI, vascular, trauma, urology and OB.
• Facilitate relationships between department and hospital staff; manage scheduling and staffing.
• Work in a level 2 trauma hospital.
• Group comprises 24 total Anesthesiologists (17 full-time).
• Maintain a flexible schedule with 220 shifts per year.
