You will oversee the local site administrative team, ensure policy compliance, and drive strategic plans that improve clinical outcomes, financial results, and community impact. MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center serves as the practice site.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years or more experience in a leadership role in healthcare.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and manage projects.
