Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved medical school.
• Completed an approved residency training program in Anesthesiology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Anesthesiology and Texas Medical license without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in anesthesiology, pre-op, and post-op services.
• Engage in teaching activities including conferences, lectures, and operating room instruction.
• Supervise house staff and residents in the operating room; participate in CME and meetings.
• Provide medical direction and participate in departmental and Health System committees.
