Job summary

HCA North Hills Medical Center is seeking an experienced CRNA to join our established anesthesia team in North Richland Hills, TX. The role offers a competitive compensation plan and a $75,000 start date bonus, with relocation support and comprehensive benefits as part of a W2 employment package.

The anesthesia team includes 8 physicians and 7 CRNAs, handling a broad case mix across Trauma, Neuro, Vascular, EP, Thoracic, Orthopedics, Urology, General, GI and Pediatrics.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist licensed in Texas (TX).
• Experience with diverse case mix preferred including trauma, neuro, vascular, thoracic, pediatrics is a plus.
• Active ACLS/BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care as part of a collaborative team.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and outcome during perioperative care.
• Support continuous professional growth within a high-volume hospital setting.

Qualified Candidates/Opportunity Highlights

• Anesthesia Care Team Model of 8 physicians and 7 CRNAs
• Diverse case mix including Level III Trauma, Neuro, Vascular, EP, Thoracic, Orthopedics, Urology, General, GI, and Pediatrics.
• Pediatric experience a plus
• Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA/NBCRNA
