Job summary

Holy Cross Medical Group in Ft. Lauderdale, FL seeks a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist for a full-time role in a growing practice. You will cover cardiac, thoracic, vascular, neuro and orthopedic cases and provide oversight of CRNAs.

Completion of a cardiac anesthesia fellowship is preferred; however, TEE certification will be accepted. The position offers rich call coverage and a comprehensive recruitment package including strong salary and

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in cardiac anesthesia.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience supervising CRNAs and coordinating anesthesia teams.
• Familiarity with a broad range of cardiac, thoracic, vascular, neuro and ortho cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia coverage for cardiac, thoracic, vascular, neuro and orthopedic cases.
• Manage daily call rotation and coverage for designated staff and physicians.
• Oversee CRNAs and ensure patient safety across all cases.

Job description

Holy Cross Medical Group (HCMG) and Holy Cross Health have an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Fellowship trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a growing practice located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Daily work assignments and call rotation are divided between designated staff and physicians. The selected candidate will provide coverage for general cases, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, etc. and will also provide oversight of CRNAs.

This opportunity will cover Cardiac surgeries and provide some Cardiac and/or General call. If no Cardiac cases are scheduled during the week, the provider will be assigned general cases.

Completion of a Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship is preferred; however, TEE certification will be accepted.
