This Level II Trauma Center serves Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties and offers a clinically advanced environment supported by cutting‑edge technology and a strong, collaborative anesthesia care team.

Experience Required

To support the successful launch of this new care model, we are seeking CAAs with demonstrated clinical experience in a high‑acuity environment. Candidates should be confident, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a fast‑paced, team‑driven practice.

• Anesthesia Care Team Model: 9 physicians and 27 APPs
• Brand‑new integration of Anesthesia Assistants into the care team
• Diverse case mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular/Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Peds
• High‑volume practice: 11,500+ annual surgical cases
• State‑of‑the‑art facility
  • 13 ORs + 15 SOS
  • 2 dedicated open‑heart ORs
  • 2 OB ORs (Level III NICU)
  • Level II Trauma Center
• Flexible scheduling: 8‑, 10‑, 12‑, 14‑, and 24‑hour shifts
• Call: Backup weekend beeper call from home (Fri 7p–7a; Sat/Sun/Holidays 7a–7a)
• Always staffed: 1 physician + 1 APP in‑house
• Top‑of‑license practice with opportunities to demonstrate and expand clinical proficiency
