Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is offering placement opportunities for anesthesia specialists in Virginia. Positions feature 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts with weeknight and weekend call.

Candidates should handle adult cases with pediatric preference and be proficient in general, obstetric, spine, and complex vascular anesthesia. Spinal, epidural, and regional techniques are required; ventilation management and arterial/central line skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with general, obstetrical, spine and vascular anesthesia required.
• Proficient in ventilation management and invasive line placement.
• Familiarity with cath lab procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across adult cases including complex vascular and obstetric procedures.
• Manage intraoperative ventilation and hemodynamics during procedures.
• Perform spinal/epidural anesthesia and assist with regional techniques as needed.
• Coordinate with perioperative team; maintain patient safety and documentation.
