The role features a guaranteed $575,000 minimum annual income, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and a call schedule of 1 in 8 from home with additional call bonuses. First-year malpractice insurance is covered, with six weeks of vacation and negotiable CME.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Anesthesiology
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques and nerve blocks
• Indiana medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• DEA certification or eligibility

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques and nerve blocks
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and post-operative management

• Maintain current clinical skills and participate in quality improvement initiatives
