Envision is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join AAoT in Tallahassee, FL, providing anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, HCA Florida Capital Hospital, and ASCs. Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in anesthesiology.
• Cardiac anesthesia capability; willing to perform cardiac echo when needed.
• Florida licensure support and association benefits are provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and affiliated facilities.
• Participate in in-house call 2–3x/month with a post-call day off.
• Engage in a profit-sharing compensation model after 18 months.
• Collaborate with AAoT and Envision teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
