Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking experienced Anesthesiologists to join our ambulatory surgery center team in Kansas City, KS. PRN schedule with no call, no weekends or holidays, focusing on safe anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients.

Collaborate with dentists, nurses, and surgical staff to deliver high-quality outcomes. PRN flexibility allows you to balance patient care with personal commitments while supporting a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
• Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure.
• Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire.
• National Board Certification strongly preferred.
• Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients.
• Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day.
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment.

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry, oral surgery and comprehensive dental care in Kansas City, KS and we are looking to hire experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologists to join a dedicated surgical team providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients.

Schedule: PRN | No Call | No Weekends or Holidays

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients
• Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care
• Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
