Job summary

The Staff Pad is recruiting an experienced Anesthesiologist to join a Cincinnati ambulatory surgery center for pediatric and special needs patients. This is a part-time role (1-2 days per week) with no call and no weekends or holidays, dedicated to safe anesthesia care in a high-quality setting.

You will work closely with dentists, nurses, and staff to maintain patient comfort, safety, and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
• Active state Anesthesiologist license.
• Current BLS and AHA PALS; PALS within 6 months of hire.
• National Board Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients.
• Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day.
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment.

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry and pediatric dental care in Cincinnati, OH and we are looking to hire an experienced, patient-centered Part-Time Anesthesiologist to join a dedicated surgical team providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients.

Schedule: Part-Time (1-2 days per week) | No Call | No Weekends or Holidays

What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients
• Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care
• Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
• Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
• Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire
• National Board Certification strongly preferred
• Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
