NPAworldwide is helping a private anesthesia practice in Central Florida recruit a board-certified anesthesiologist for a PARTNERSHIP track. The role emphasizes supervising CRNAs in a diverse case mix, with flexible shifts and strong earnings potential—$550K+ with growth for future years.

Residency graduates are welcome; cardiac fellowship isn’t required, and Florida licensure is required to practice. Shifts can be up to 13 hours with weekly call and a high degree of lifestyle flexibility.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
• Residents completing training are welcome to apply.
• Cardiac fellowship is not required.
• Comfortable with cardiac and thoracic cases.
• Comfortable supervising CRNAs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CRNAs during cases as part of the anesthesia care team.
• Manage diverse case mix including cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB and more.
• Collaborate with surgeons and hospital staff to optimize patient care.
