Anna Jacques Hospital in Newburyport, MA seeks an Anesthesiologist for a full-time position within HMFP/APHMFP. The department handles five ORs, endoscopy suites, and a dedicated pain center, with 24/7 in-house coverage for obstetric anesthesia and a high-volume case mix.

The successful candidate will have an MD from an accredited school and MA license, board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology, and experience with ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and pediatric/anesthesia care.

Formación

• MD degree from an accredited medical school and Massachusetts medical license.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Sound judgement and dedication to patient safety.
• Proficiency with ultrasound guided nerve block techniques.
• Proficiency with obstetric anesthesia.
• Proficiency with routine pediatric anesthesia.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide anesthesia care in a 7-anesthesiologist department across multiple operating rooms and endoscopy suites.
• Cover obstetric anesthesia for over 700 deliveries annually with 24/7 in-house coverage.
• Assist in call shifts and share call duties with colleagues and staff.
