Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for general and regional cases, including pediatric cases.
• Support two-physician onsite model with CRNA supervision and hands-on care as needed.
• Handle mix of weekday coverage and weeknight/weekend call (5:30 PM–7:00 AM on weeknights; 24-hour weekend calls).
• Work within Epic EMR and adhere to safety and documentation standards.

POSITION DETAILS

• Location: Pittsburgh Metro Area, Pennsylvania
• Start Date: December 28, 2026
• Assignment: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM or 5:30 PM
• Coverage: Full-time or part-time
• Practice Model: Two physicians onsite; primarily CRNA supervision, with hands-on care as needed

CASE MIX

• General anesthesia
• Regional anesthesia
• Orthopedics and basic orthopedic blocks
• Approximately 10% pediatric cases
• No OB

CALL

• Weeknight call: 5:30 PM–7:00 AM
• Weekend call: 24-hour call, Saturday and Sunday
• Weeknight calls are rare, and weekend volume is generally light

REQUIREMENTS
