Job summary

Napa/Sonoma Wine Country is seeking a General Anesthesiologist for a private practice with 100% ownership of cases and a two-year partnership track with no buy-in. The role offers exceptional compensation, a robust benefits package, and flexible full-time scheduling in California's scenic wine country.

Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a solid vacation plan and a sign-on bonus up to $50,000. New graduates are welcome; strong emphasis on regional blocks, patient safety, and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - required
• Regional block proficiency - required
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
• New graduates welcome
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide general anesthesia for diverse cases
• Perform obstetric, trauma (Level II), pediatric, orthopedic, general surgery and GI procedures
• Administer regional blocks and epidurals
• Manage chronic pain cases
• Collaborate with a dedicated cardiac team for cases needing specialized support
• Demonstrate commitment to patient safety and high-quality outcomes
