National Partners In Healthcare in Nashua, NH seeks an experienced anesthesiologist (board certified/board eligible) to join our Saint Joe Hospital location as medical director.

The role combines clinical hours with administrative duties, leading a team of 5 physicians and 8 CRNAs, with a 1:4 call pattern on weekdays and weekends, and a generous sign-on bonus of $50,000. Ten weeks off are included.

Qualifications

• Board certification in anesthesiology
• Board-eligible status or eligible for NH licensure
• Active New Hampshire medical license
• ACLS and PALS required

Responsibilities

• Serve as hospital site's medical director
• Balance clinical hours and administrative duties
• Lead a care team of physicians and CRNAs
• On-call schedule: 1:4 weekdays, 1:4 weekends
• L&D coverage required
• Leadership experience preferred
