The role requires board certification, Arizona license, ACLS and PALS credentials. The position offers a W-2 arrangement with a blended rate pay structure and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Board certification required for orthopedic practice.
• Arizona medical license or in process.
• ACLS and PALS credentials required.

Responsibilities

• All doc model with autonomous practice (100%).
• Ortho majority case mix with block skills.
• Cover ambulatory surgery centers in Phoenix area.
