A major academic medical center in Las Vegas is recruiting a fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist to join a high-acuity program serving as a regional referral destination for complex cardiac, thoracic, trauma, and transplant patients. This is a cardiac-focused position within a comprehensive anesthesia practice.

Physicians will also participate in general anesthesiology coverage, making it ideal for someone who wants to maintain a broad skill set while continuing to practice

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist
• Experience in high-acuity cardiac/anesthesia settings is preferred
• Ability to cover general anesthesia as needed

• Base Salary Compensation up to $584,000 - High Potential

• Complex cardiac, aortic, valve, structural heart, and thoracic cases
• Stable employed academic practice Clinical exposure includes open-heart and bypass surgery, complex valve and structural heart procedures, multi-stage aortic surgery, minimally invasive and robotic thoracic surgery, advanced VATS procedures, and esophageal resections.

This is a cardiac-focused position within a comprehensive anesthesia practice. Physicians will also participate in general anesthesiology coverage, making it ideal for someone who wants to maintain a broad skill set while continuing to practice advanced cardiac anesthesia.
