BC/BE in Anesthesiology, a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine, ABA subspecialty certification eligibility, and Michigan licensure are required; research and education interests are welcomed. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Anesthesiology.
• Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine required.
• Able to sit for ABA Subspeciality Certification in Critical Care Medicine.
• Eligible for Michigan licensure.
• Research and education experience or interests are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• 8-12 weeks on service in the CVICU (negotiable), with home call overnight; intensivists oversee a growing team of APPs caring for postoperative cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, and TAVR patients.
• Remaining clinical weeks include general OR coverage, OB, and some healthy pediatric cases.
• OR call responsibilities are adjusted in proportion to ICU service weeks.
