Job summary

Rochester Regional Health - St. Lawrence Region is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join Canton-Potsdam, Gouverneur and Massena Hospital sites. The role covers obstetric, ICU and OR anesthesia for patients of all ages, with a 1:4 call schedule and a mix of main OR and outpatient cases.

Open to experienced providers or new graduates, board certification or eligibility within five years is required. Epic EMR is used across facilities, and visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Board certification required or eligible within 5 years of residency completion.
• Experience with obstetric anesthesia and ICU airway management preferred.
• Comfortable with central venous access and multi-age anesthesia cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia across diverse patient populations in the St. Lawrence Region.
• Support OB, ICU, ED with anesthesia services and airway management as needed.
• Perform standard OR anesthesia including thoracic procedures (excludes hearts/vascular/head/spine/sick kids).
