Job summary

NOW Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a hospital-based Anesthesiologist in Dayton, Ohio to join a large regional health system with a Level I Trauma Center. You will be part of a dedicated anesthesia team delivering care across multiple specialties in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care and supervision alongside CRNAs.
• Participate in a diverse case mix including OB, trauma, cardiac, neurosurgery.
• Contribute to a high-acuity, team-based environment with a focus on patient safety.
