Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers in Houston, TX is seeking licensed Anesthesiologists to join our pediatric ASC teams. You will work with a close-knit surgical crew, delivering safe anesthesia care to children including those with special needs, in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

We offer a collaborative culture, no on-call requirements, and a focus on safe, quality care at reduced costs for families. A state license, BLS, and PALS are required or attained within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for pediatric patients in surgical settings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication with surgical staff and patients' families.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patient.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients in a typical OR day.

ABOUT YOU

You are a licensed Anesthesiologist with a passion for providing excellent care to your patients. You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You work well with the other members of your surgical team, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

YOU WILL

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patient

YOU HAVE

Requirements + Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric patients


• Appropriate licensing for state location


• BLS certification


• AHA or equivalent PALS certification required within 6 months of start date

Preferred

• National Board certification strongly preferred


• Comfort practicing in a wide range of anesthesia staffing models ranging from classic Anesthesia Care Team model to independent practice
