Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers in Houston, TX is seeking a licensed Anesthesiologist to join our pediatric ASC team in a full-time role. You will collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and staff to provide safe anesthesia care for children, including those with special needs, in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

This position offers a supportive culture, no on-call requirements, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement in pediatric surgical care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Anesthesiologist with pediatric experience.
• BLS certification.
• Appropriate licensing for state location.
• AHA or PALS certification within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, quality care for pediatric patients.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients in a typical OR day.

About You

You are a licensed Anesthesiologist with a passion for providing excellent care to your patients. You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You work well with the other members of your surgical team, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

YOU WILL

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patient
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients in a typical OR day

YOU HAVE

Requirements + Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Appropriate licensing for state location
• BLS certification
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification required within 6 months of start date

Preferred

• National Board certification strongly preferred
• Comfort practicing in a wide range of anesthesia staffing models ranging from classic Anesthesia Care Team model to independent practice
