Vituity seeks an Anesthesiology Physician for MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. This full-time role offers a balanced call schedule and the opportunity to contribute to a Level II trauma center with a large surgical volume.

Compensation includes a generous sign-on bonus up to $150,000, a comprehensive benefits package, and potential profit distribution. The ideal candidate is Board Eligible/Certified with IA license or eligible to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Certified Anesthesiology physician.
• Current IA state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• First and second call every two weeks with day off after.
• Moderately low call burden and flexible scheduling.
