CompHealth is assisting a private, well-established group of board-certified anesthesiologists in Salinas, CA to add a full-time physician. You’ll cover general and cardiac anesthesia including vascular, thoracic, and craniotomies, with a 1-in-15 call schedule and home call with infrequent callbacks.

The position offers a 18-month partnership track with no financial buy-in, plus profit sharing and voting rights.

Qualifications

• Board-certified anesthesiologists joining a private group.
• General and cardiac anesthesia cases including vascular, thoracic, and craniotomies.
• Call schedule of 1 in 15 with home call and infrequent callbacks.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and cardiac anesthesia coverage for diverse cases.
• Participate in a 1 in 15 call schedule with home call.
• Support the group with experienced teams and dedicated recruiters.
