Anesthesiologist Assistant will assist anesthesiologists in the administration of anesthesia for surgical and non‑surgical procedures. The role involves monitoring patient status and providing patient care during surgical treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction, supervision, or training to staff in areas such as anesthesia practices.
• Pre‑test and calibrate anesthesia delivery systems and monitors.
• Control anesthesia levels during procedures.
• Collect and document patients’ pre‑anesthetic health histories.
• Respond to emergency situations by providing CPR, BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
• Assist anesthesiologists in monitoring patients, including EKG, direct arterial pressure, central venous pressure, arterial blood gas, hematocrit, and routine vital measurements.
