• Provide care in a Level 3 trauma setting.
• Assist in a dynamic case mix excluding certain high-risk procedures.

Summary

Join the CHRISTUS St. Vincent anesthesia team, a fully employed care team model in beautiful Santa Fe, NM.

• Shift based model
• Level 3 Trauma
• Dynamic case mix - no hearts, no sick pediatrics, no transplants
• Epic health record and state-of-the-art ORs
• Annual Base Salary at $260,000
• Flat rate for what is typically light call shifts (24 hr, weekend) above base salary
• Additional bonus opportunities including annual $5k Quality Incentive, one-time $20k sign‑on and relocation bonus, $30k retention bonuses for each two‑year commitment beyond year one.
• CME and licensure allowance $5k annually
• Approx. 6 weeks time off plus holidays and CME time
• Fully paid malpractice coverage

Requirements

Requires completion of accredited training program and active licensure in NM (or ability to obtain). One+ year of experience preferred; new graduates also welcome to apply. BLS & ACLS required.
