CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Mt. Pleasant, TX is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join a faith-based, physician-led multispecialty group. This full-time, W2 opportunity emphasizes work-life balance with an AI-assisted care model.

Join a collegial team supporting Ortho, General Surgery, GI, OB, Pedi, Dental, GYN, Neuro and Spine cases across 5 ORs, L&D, and diagnostic suites. Epic EMR in both inpatient and outpatient settings, sign-on and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Anesthesiology and eligible for Texas medical license.
• Board certification preferred; ongoing certification encouraged.
• Ability to work in a high-volume surgical environment with a diverse case mix.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for Ortho, General Surgery, GI, OB, Pedi, Dental, GYN, Neuro, and Spine.
• Work in a 5-OR facility with L&D, GI, cath lab and cystoscopy suites.
• Collaborate in a care-team model (1:4) and participate in physician-led dyad leadership.
• Utilize AI-integrated tools to streamline documentation and patient care.
• Maintain Epic-based electronic medical records in inpatient and outpatient settings.
