OR MD for Care Team Model. Work 50/50 Solo & Supervision. $515K W2 plus additional stipends, bonuses & student loan reimbursement.

• Covering St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, CO
• 17 sites of service
• 40-hour work week
• Call: once weekly from home, 1-2 weekends a month = 48 calls a year
• Two nocturne anesthesiologists on staff, with other staff therefore on second / backup call only. Call-back rate: 18%
• Staff to cover night float shifts while nocturnes are on PTA (about 7-8 shifts a year); otherwise, no in-house or first call
• Case Mix: general, IR, GI, robotic, neuro, spine, ortho
• Model: mix of solo cases and 4:1 / 3:1 supervision
• 12 weeks of vacation
