Job summary

Day Kimball Hospital in Northeast Connecticut seeks an Anesthesiologist for a full-time role near CT/RI/MA border. The position offers a robust compensation package, including a $500K total rewards salary and a $150K sign-on incentive, across a diverse case mix in orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, and more.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia evaluations, formulating anesthetic plans, and managing induction through emergence while maintaining patient safety and contributing to departmental

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board eligible or board certified.
• Current medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
