Overview

USAP Washington is the largest majority physician-owned and led anesthesia group in the Pacific Northwest, consisting of over 100 physicians and 15 CRNAs. We provide high-quality anesthesia services to the renowned Swedish Medical Center at First Hill (FH), Cherry Hill (CH), Issaquah, and Ballard, as well as prominent ambulatory surgery centers in the greater Seattle area.

We are seeking associate anesthesiologists who wish to practice at the top of their license; take care of a variety of patient populations in different care settings and desire a position that allows more flexibility (more time off/no buy-in) than our partner track option.

U.S. Anesthesia Partners – Washington is part of U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP), a network of locally focused physician-owned and led practices that consists of over 3,000 team members. Our cases are highly varied, with regional, thoracic, neuro, vascular, ortho, general, and OB featured prominently at our FH and CH campuses. We have subspecialty teams, which means you get to tailor your individual practice to your interests and training, as well as credentials at Issaquah, Ballard, and our surgery centers if desired. We also teach local rotating residents on our OB floors and have monthly M&M conferences.

The compensation for this position is hourly with increased pay differentials depending on the shift (night, weekends, etc.). We have a very supportive work environment with knowledgeable anesthesia techs, morning/lunch breaks provided, and an extra hand often available to help in case of emergencies.
