Job summary

Cross Country Locums in Wisconsin is hiring an Anesthesiologist for one of our clients. The role requires handling OB and solo cases, and supporting in-house call shifts across day, night and 24-hour blocks.

Work schedule includes in-house call 15-hour weeknights, and four 1st calls per month. Active WI license, board certification and ACLS/BLS are required; ABA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin medical license required.
• ABA certification preferred.
• Board certification in Anesthesiology required.
• ACLS and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for OB and solo cases.
• Perform regional anesthesia blocks as needed (femoral, interscalene, etc.).
• Manage in-house call schedule and on-call coverage.
• Support during multi-room operations and high-volume surgeries.

We at Cross Country Locums are Hiring for an Anesthesiologist for one of our Client's in Wisconsin

Position Description

• Work Dates Needed: Ongoing.
• Preferred Schedule: Day shift, night shift, 24 hour shift times, on-call hours, In house call: 15 hour Weeknights (4:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m).
• Worksite Setting: Inpatients, Number of hospital beds: 292, ED beds: 1.
• Scope of Work: Patient volume per hour: 2, Must be able to do OB and solo cases, Anesthesiology Call Required: -MD In house call 1:9, 2 rooms 10 hours, 4 rooms 8 hours Physicians have about four 1st calls/month (in house) and 3-4 back up calls/month, Late night rotation as well in reverse order of call rotation, Physicians perform the majority of the other regional blocks (femoral, interscalene, etc.)
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WI License, EM experience : 1-3 years, ABA Certified, APC, Must be board certified, ACLS, BLS.
