Job summary

The Urology Group (TUG) is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our outpatient surgery team. This role offers autonomy within a physician-led environment and the support of a leading urology network.

You will perform airway management, anesthesia delivery, and patient emergence while ensuring safe recovery and timely turnover of cases. Experience in outpatient settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification required or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of anesthesia delivery and airway management.
• Experience in outpatient surgical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform airway management and anesthesia delivery.
• Manage patient emergence and recovery.
• Monitor vital functions and respond to adverse reactions.
• Ensure timely termination of anesthesia for fast recovery.
• Support overall surgical operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of airway management and anesthesia delivery
• Manage patient emergence and recovery, including medication and fluid administration
• Monitor vital functions and respond promptly to adverse reactions
• Ensure timely termination of anesthesia to support smooth recovery
• Support overall surgical operations and perform additional duties as needed
