AMN Healthcare is seeking an Anesthesiologist in Maryland for a practice with a private group and multiple outpatient centers. The role offers a $450,000 base salary with a W2 range of $500,000–$600,000, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and 6 weeks of PTO with full benefits. Flexible daily case variety and no buy-in for partnership are highlighted.

Caseload includes general surgery, GI, OB, and orthopedics; no cardiac cases. The team includes 9 MDs and 6 CRNAs, with CRNAs at the main hospital and 6 ORs.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Active Maryland medical license.
• Experience in general anesthesia care and perioperative medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide general anesthesia for diverse surgical cases.
• Collaborate with CRNA team at the main hospital.
• Support OB, Pain Management, Orthopedics and other services as needed.

Private group with 1 hospital and 5 outpatient surgical centers

• The group provides services in general surgery, GI, OB, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Pediatrics
• Basic General Anesthesia care team model with CRNA’s at the main hospital with 6 OR’s
• Practice has 9 MD’s and 6 CRNA’s, + a few per diem.
• The practice recently took on OB Service & need additional Anesthesia support.
• No cardiac
• Have a neurosurgeon that does minimally invasive spine.
• NS does occasional craniometry for resection
