NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a CV Anesthesiologist to join our team at Bayhealth Hospital in Dover, Delaware. The role offers a total compensation of $700K+ including $615K base salary, a $75K CV stipend, and a $10K quality incentive, plus a $100K sign-on bonus.

Role Overview
