Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Anesthesiologist for a direct-hire, full-time position in Geneva, NY in the Finger Lakes region. The role focuses on high-quality patient care with a diversified case mix and no OB or trauma coverage.

You will join a collaborative surgical team with a balanced schedule, a 1 in 5 call plan, and strong leadership support. The package includes a generous benefits program, relocation assistance, loan repayment, and a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a wide variety of procedures including endoscopy, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, spine, vascular surgery and ENT.
• Call schedule is 1 in 5 with call weeks Wednesday through Tuesday (7 consecutive days) and approximately 9–10 call weeks annually, including 1–2 holiday weeks.
• Regular Monday–Friday shifts continue during call weeks.
• No OB responsibilities and no trauma coverage; join a collegial and collaborative clinical environment.
